If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please follow the Returns and Refund Policy procedure below.   In the event that our skin consultant is unable to work with you to get clearer skin results, then simply return all used and unused bottles of products within 30-days from the date your order is received for a complete refund of the purchase price according to the Returns and Refund Policy below.

This guarantee is valid only for products directly purchased directly online from Shades of Skin. For Clearogen products purchased from other retailers please contact them directly for their return policy and return procedures.

  1. Request a skin consultation via consultmyskin@clearogen.co.za to determine the correct use of the product for your skin type and problem.
  2. Email your ”Before Clearogen Photo” and “Current Photo” after using Clearogen for at least 1 week to consultmyskin@clearogen.co.za.
  3. The consultant will liaise with you to ‘personalise” your skin routine.
  4. In the event that you are not able to find a working solution then please email help @ clearogen. co. za with your order number and request a refund in writing.
  5. Securely pack all used and unused bottles of products originally sent to you to protect them against damage and quote your order number.
  6. Shipping charges are for your expense and must be via courier.
  7. We must receive all items no later than 35 days from the date your order was delivered by the courier, as indicated by the delivery confirmation/waybill.
  8. In the event of absence of tracking information your guarantee ends 45 days from the original date that payment was effected for the order.
  9. The 30 day money back Guarantee is valid for one purchase per household and is only valid for Clearogen purchased directly from Shades of Skin Pty Ltd directly on www.clearogen.co.za.
  10. Return the Product to: Clearogen Return, Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd, 31 Shirley Street, Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, 6055.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • You must return all used and unused goods originally sent to you at your own expense via courier.
  • If two or more products are purchased from each category e.g. 2 cleansers, at least one must be unused and in original condition to be refundable.
  • Failure to follow these policies may result in a partial refund or no refund.
  • For Clearogen products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy and procedures.

Product Returns & Order Changes

If  upon receiving your order, you would like to return your product or cancel your order, please follow the following procedure in conjunction with the relevant procedures listed for the various return scenarios; incorrect product, damaged product etc.

  1. Please send an email to help @ clearogen. co. za , together with your order number and reason for the return to request a refund.
  2. Securely pack all used and unused bottles of products originally sent to you to protect them against damage and quote your Invoice number.
  3. Depending on the nature of the return, the return shipping charges are for your expense and must be via courier. See applicable policy for details.
  4. Return the Product to: Clearogen Return, Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd, 31 Shirley Street, Newton Park, Port Elizabeth, 6055.
  5. Depending on the return reason, you will not be refunded the original delivery charge this will be deducted from the refund amount. See applicable policy for details.
  • Delivery charges are not refundable.
  • You must return all used and unused goods originally sent to you at your own expense via courier.
  • If two or more products are purchased from each category e.g. 2 cleansers, at least one must be unused and in original condition to be refundable.
  • Failure to follow these policies may result in a partial refund or no refund.
  • For Clearogen products purchased from other retailers, please contact them directly for their return policy and procedures.
  • You must follow the Returns & Refund procedure within 7 days of receiving the incorrect, damaged or expired product.
  • Shades of Skin will arrange and pay for the collection of the incorrect Product and then send you the correct or a replacement product.
  • The product must still be in its original packaging and condition.
  • You may exercise your right to cool off (change your mind) and return the products at your expense to Shades of Skin for a refund.
  • However, you must exercise this right within 7 days after receiving the Products and they must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Upon receipt of the Product(s), Shades of Skin will give you a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned Product(s).
  • You must pay the costs of sending the Product(s) back to Shades of Skin via courier and you will forfeit the original delivery charges.

If you would like to cancel or change an order before the goods have been dispatched, you must email order administrator on orders@clearogen.co.za of your cancellation or change.

If you wish to cancel the order after Shades of Skin has dispatched the Products, you may still return the Product according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We do not charge for shipping but delivery is limited to a street address only.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
  • The courier company will establish contact to arrange delivery using the shipping address provided when placing an order.
  • Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd delivers to all the main centres in South Africa, namely Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein.
  • We deliver nationally in South Africa with a typical delivery time of 2-3 business days in major centre’s and up to 5 days in outlying areas.
  • Orders placed through this website are for delivery within South Africa only.

Complaints & Disputes

  • A Party may complain to Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd about:
    • Receiving incorrect Products;
    • Not receiving refunds; and
    • The service you received from Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd.

    Shades of Skin (Pty) Ltd undertakes to resolve disputes internally as far as practically possible. You may lay your complaint by emailing us at help@ clearogen. co. za.
